The aircraft
We design and build the drones that fly the missions, and we operate them ourselves. No subcontracted pilots, no third-party platforms in the loop.
Gaucho Dynamics flies, captures, and delivers the field intelligence growers and agronomists actually use to make decisions. You get answers about your fields. We own everything between the camera and the answer.
Make high-resolution aerial monitoring an everyday tool for the people growing food — not a specialist service priced for the few.
Agriculture is data-poor where it should be data-rich. Decisions about irrigation, fertilization, pest control, and harvest timing still ride on intuition and spot checks, because the alternative — repeated, high-resolution coverage of every hectare on the cadence farms actually need — has been too expensive and too slow to schedule. We change that economics by owning every link of the chain that produces the data.
Other industries built data-rich operating loops decades ago. Agriculture deserves the same — at the cost, cadence, and reliability that the work actually demands.
Reaching that bar with off-the-shelf parts and outsourced operations hits a wall on every axis: aircraft that aren't built for the duty cycle, autonomy software optimized for someone else's use case, data pipelines that don't know what a hectare or a row spacing is. So we build all of it — the aircraft, the autonomy on board, the ground systems that command and monitor the fleet, and the processing that turns raw capture into the maps and prescriptions our customers consume. Tight integration is the product; everything else is a feature.
We sell a service, not equipment. Customers get reliable, repeatable aerial intelligence delivered on a schedule that matches the season. The full pipeline lives under one roof:
We design and build the drones that fly the missions, and we operate them ourselves. No subcontracted pilots, no third-party platforms in the loop.
Our own on-board computer software and ground-station software, written in-house. The aircraft flies the mission; the ground system schedules the fleet, manages the captures, and tracks every flight.
We process captured imagery into the outputs growers and agronomists actually use — health maps, prescription layers, change detection, season reports — and deliver them through the channels customers already work with.
Row-crop operations — soy, corn, wheat, sunflower — that need season-long visibility across thousands of hectares.
Specialty crop growers — vineyards, orchards, horticulture — that need higher-resolution checks more often than satellite imagery can provide.
Agronomists and cooperatives serving multiple farms, who want one consistent data source they can build recommendations on.
